I have to share this workshop I signed up for because it’s seriously that good. It’s called the Health History Mapping Workshop, led by Dr. Andrea Rosario (she’s a functional medicine practitioner + neurologist I totally trust).
This workshop is all about understanding how your health history and environment shape how your body works. It’s fascinating, super practical, and helps you connect the dots in ways that really matter for your health.

✔️ You get some questionnaires beforehand to organize all your health info.
✔️ During the workshop, Dr. R helps you turn that into a personalized Health History Template.
✔️ This GOLD template gives you three versions of your health history to share with your healthcare team so they can better support you.
I’ve done this before, and honestly, it was such a game-changer. I feel like I finally understand my health on a deeper level, and I couldn’t not share this with my people.

I wanted to share something new I’ve been doing that’s made a big difference for me—and I think you might love it, too! It’s called ALIGN: Functional Fascia, a program created by Dr. Andreas Rosario, a trusted functional medicine practitioner and neurologist.
This unique program uses either a tightly rolled bath towel or a special bamboo block to target all those hard-to-reach spots in your body. Applying gentle pressure to specific areas helps release fascia tension and increases blood flow to sore or tight areas. For me, it’s been amazing for easing pain and even improving my breathing—I’m now naturally breathing from my diaphragm, which means my body gets more oxygen where it needs it most!

Have I told you about this amazing membership I joined a while back? It’s called Nurtured Rhythms, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for how I take care of my health—both physically and mentally. I’ve been part of it for << how long you’ve been in NR >>, and I can already see a big difference in my stress levels and overall well-being.
I totally get it—adding one more thing to your plate might feel like too much. But here’s the thing: Nurtured Rhythms was designed by Dr. Andrea Rosario, a functional medicine practitioner and functional neurologist I know and trust, to be the opposite of overwhelming. Everything about it is thoughtful, empowering, and super doable.
What I love most is how flexible it is. There are guided lessons you can do whenever it fits into your life, plus live community events and workshops that are optional but so worth it. The live sessions are my favorite! They’re fun, insightful, and such a great way to connect with like-minded people who are on similar health journeys.
Another thing I’ve found incredibly helpful? The workshops and video lessons from Dr. Rosario’s Healing Village—a group of experts who focus on helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Plus, each season has its own focus, with guided explorations led by Dr. R herself. It’s such a refreshing approach to wellness!
