What We’ll Do Together:
Each Reset & Regulate session follows a gentle rhythm:
Arrival + grounding
We start with a short solo practice to help your body settle and arrive as you are.
Short teaching
I’ll share a simple explanation of why this month’s theme matters for your nervous system and daily life. No overwhelm, just enough context to make the practice make sense.
Guided co-regulation practice
This is the heart of the session. You’ll learn and practice skills you can use to help your body downshift from stress.
Closing + integration
We’ll take a moment to notice what landed and how you might carry one small piece into daily life.

For February’s theme, Co-Regulate with Love,
you’re welcome to invite someone who feels safe to calm your nervous system with.
That might be a partner, a close friend, or a family member…
Just maybe not someone you’d be mortified to hear a little pelvic anatomy talk or my inevitable off-the-cuff commentary. I can be embarrassing. My kids will confirm. 😅
And if you don’t have a person who fits that bill, or you’d rather come solo, I am deeply pro–take-care-of-your-damn-self. 👊🏼
This entire experience is designed so you can participate fully on your own and still experience co-regulation through guided practices and shared rhythm.
The practices will focus on the upper body (head, neck, chest, shoulders)and are especially helpful:
• before bed
• after stressful days
• when emotions feel high & connection feels hard
• when your brain fog never lifts
• when you hold stress in your head, neck, and upper body
You’re welcome to bring a safe person or come solo.
Every practice will be shown with and without a partner.
You are the relationship we’re tending to first.
PDF will be emailed the day before our R&R live.
